My client, a large financial organisation, is looking for a senior service desk analyst to join their growing East London office, the successful candidate will be ITIL qualified and be experienced in dealing high-pressured environments, the candidate must have excellent customer service skills and an outstanding communication skills.

The successful candidate will have:
ITIL qualification
Working knowledge of Active directory
Working knowledge of Microsoft office
Experience of VDI

The Ideal candidate will have
Financial services experience
Educated to a degree level
