Senior Site Controller – Zurich / Baden – Highly Competitive + Bonus

Are you an ambitious Operationally minded Financial Specialist with a good exposure to production? Are you looking for an interesting challenge that will allow you to be close to the business as well as allow room for further career growth? Our client, an international chemicals company, which has recently experienced growth within their finance team, is searching for an experienced Controller, Site Controller or Site Analyst, with a background in a manufacturing/industrial or chemical industries, to fill a Senior Site Controller role in one of their key plants.

The Role:

• International environment

• Regular presentations and exposure to senior management

• Potential to be fully sponsored for training and development courses

• Acting as the senior finance representative for the whole division

• Opportunities to progress to a more senior managerial level, either within Switzerland or globally in the future

Key skills/requirements:

• Experienced Financial Controller, Site Controller or Site Analyst

• Experience of site controlling / plant controlling / factory controller a benefit

• Fluent English and German

• International mindset

• Excellent time management skills

The ideal candidate will have controlling experience in the manufacturing or chemicals industries, but similar backgrounds in controlling or analysis will be considered.

The role reports on a dual basis to the EMEA Head of Finance, and the Production Manager
