Full training will be provided on their systems however if you have an passion or interest in Financial Markets, Trading, Probability, Algorithms, Derivatives, Games ( Poker / Chess / Bridge/ Video Games) this would be a dream environment for you to work in ! Their software development is done in .NET / C# . They are very happy to hire talented Senior C++ or Java developers and cross train you in C#. You will be working daily on high transactional financial applications as well as performance critical applications. You will gain exceptional technical and financial experience with this role. You will be involved in the architecture, analysis, design and development of C# applications. You will be required to liaise closely with the trading reams to deliver solutions with performance, scalability and reliability.
Your skill-set
B.Sc. Technical discipline or equivalent experience
4+yrs complex server side software development with C# or C++ or Java ( you will be trained in C# if you are missing this skill)
Strong OO / Design Patterns / UML
Strong interpersonal and communicational skills for interacting with Traders, Analysts and other Senior Software Developers
A passion for IT - a desire to develop excellent software
Salary: EXCEPTIONAL basic salary for the right candidate coupled with Bonus, Pension 15%, Healthcare Cover for all of your dependants, 22 days hols moving up to 27, Full subsidised canteen. Your day finishes at 5pm !
