Security Clearance: Public Trust REQUIRED Experience in IT systems design and development in SDLC environments, with experience in multiple lifecycle approaches. Experience with designing and developing systems that leverage Microsoft SharePoint Experience with SharePoint tools such as Site Definitions, Web Parts, Custom Navigation, Content Types, Search Features, Master Pages, Site Templates and Page Layouts, SharePoint Designer Experience with .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET Designing, developing, and implementing stored procedures in SQL Server environments Experience designing, developing and implementing PHP based applications Thorough understanding of SharePoint Architecture Experience with multiple source code repository systems such as SVN Experience integrating Microsoft Active Directory with systems authentication and access control Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong documentation skills DESCRIPTION This position is in support of General Services Administration's FAS Applications, Maintenance, and Enhancements (GSA FAME) program with GSA. We are responsible for supporting all tasks and activities associated with the development, maintenance, and enhancements (DME) and operations of GSA FAS IT Systems. All employees must be able to pass a Federal Suitability Check for a position of public trust. Position is mid level .NET Developer with strong SharePoint skills and experience participating in the design and development of .NET based systems with significant SharePoint integration, and SharePoint portal components, this also includes integration with multiple backend systems. Position is responsible for providing analysis, implementation and support for multiple systems utilizing .NET, SQL, SharePoint and PHP. Providing input during initiation and planning phases of projects and assisting cross functional teams during waterfall SDLC and Agile projects. Participating in client facing meetings, requirements and design, present prototypes, and participate in technology opportunity identification. Apply advanced skills in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting public facing and internal SharePoint portal applications Apply skills in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting public facing and internal .NET based web applications Work in a team environment (and with experts from both IT and business) to create system designs, develop, and test on time and within budget Design and develop new SharePoint applications and maintain existing SharePoint applications Design and develop new .NET applications and develop integrations with Web Services, SQL, Sybase, Oracle, and SharePoint Design and develop front end interfaces that have high usability requirements Responsible for OM Lead over existing SharePoint portal Provide instruction and mentoring to other development personnel Participate in peer reviews of work products of development teams DESIRED Experience with deploying, configuring, and administering Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010 Experience with programming using Java, including J2EE, EJB, Spring, Struts, and Hibernate Experience with ETL tools and processes Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) technologies Experience with InfoPath 2007 and 2010 Form development Experience with Documentum Experience with Agile methodology A Total Value package.
