- Strong computer science background, including low-level systems and algorithmic complexity--must possess outstanding programming ability.
- Experience designing systems built around interacting web services, including standards like REST, SOAP, XML RPC .
- Design, document, and implement web services for manipulating and querying datasets .
- Deep understanding of concurrency and consistency constraints in distributed systems .
- Fluency in wide set of popular languages, including C++, Java, .NET
- BS in a technical major or relative work experience (minimum 7 years).
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Government issued Secret Clearance.
