MAC ECG acquisition devices and MUSE ECG management system are market leaders; as a member of the software development team you will help take these products to the next level and reduce cost, improve quality, increase access. Essential Responsibilities " Work with global cross functional teams to gather requirements and voice of customer for the design and development of new and innovative solutions. " Have familiarity with all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation and testing. " Familiarity with software development using C/C++, C#, .NET or Java, in a Microsoft Windows environment. " Familiarity with Windows Desktop and Server editions " Familiarity with Agile software development " Interacting with global teams to promote consistency and maximize synergies across common software platforms " Designing and building strong testing infrastructure to minimize dependency on hardware availability " Leveraging DFR for software and Agile and Lean software development methodologies to drive reliability and predictability throughout the product development life cycle Qualifications/Requirements: " Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science " 5+ years C++ or C#.net in Microsoft Windows or web development " 4+ years of product development " Object Oriented Design Experience " Configuration management tool experience such as Clear case, TFS, or equivalent " Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time " Must be willing to work in our Wauwatosa facility full-time " Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process " Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background) Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
