Working in a diverse team covering front to back office projects, you will work on enhancements and new strategic projects alike. Developers are in charge of the full software development life cycle and will interface with business as well as design, develop, test and implement the fruits of their labour. There will be some responsibilities around production support as required.
Essential Skills
- Low level development skills in a OO language (C++ preferred)
- Excellent OOAD skills - design patterns etc
- IT, Engineering or Maths Degree from a top tier University
- RDBMS development skills inc stored procedures (ideally with Oracle)
- Strong communication skills and experience of dealing with demanding business environments
- Knowledge of traded financial instruments
Preferred Experience
- Strong knowledge of Pricing, ETDs and Structured Products
- Market Data (Reuters, Bloomberg)
- Exchange Connectivity
