An opportunity exists at a US proprietary trading firm for a Senior Software Engineer who is looking to grow their presence in Europe.
They operate within the high frequency systematic trading space, seeking opportunities by taking advantage of price discrepancies in the world financial markets.
This job is demanding but also rewarding both financially and technically. You will be working in C++ within a Linux environment, taking ownership of their new trading platform as well as taking responsibility for growing a technology team.
You need to be able to demonstrate at least five years of experience in C++ development. You will also have experience of the following:
-Coding frameworks for exchange connectivity.
-Building tools that monitor intraday trading and market statistics.
You will also be a good communicator and a flexible team player who can mentor junior technologists.
