Senior Software Engineer Cols, OH IT company : Bachelors plus 5 years in the alternative Master's + 1 Year of exp (Comp Sci, Engg, Bus. Admin Math, MIS or Science ) Develop, create and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team using Windows NT/2003 Server, Visual Studio 2003, Microsoft.Net Framework, ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.net.
