Oracle Consulting is currently looking for a Senior Siebel Solution Architect based in Germany to join its Western Europe Marketing and Loyalty competency team and to take responsibility for the successful completion of all functional aspects of Siebel Marketing and Siebel Loyalty implementations, upgrades and/or remedial projects. This will involve overseeing Oracle partners, clients and Oracle project teams, as well as participating to pre-sales activities. Projects may vary from small to large clients, single product to enterprise and single site to multinational with medium to high complexity in technology model.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a key player in the Consulting Competency team by showing proficient level in all aspects of Siebel Marketing and Siebel Loyalty implementation, and being able to intervene on projects as a subject matter expert.
Play a key role in the selling, designing, development and implementation phases of innovative solutions to solve customers complex business and technical issues.
A fundamental member of the Consulting sales team
Elaborate functional architecture and then manage and/or execute project tasks as per project plan
Ultimately a senior Solution Architect will also be responsible for the management of an entire Functional stream of an application delivery project.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients with whom they are engaged at.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 6+ years hands on experience implementing Siebel Marketing and Siebel Loyalty.
Solution Architecture of Siebel Marketing and Siebel Loyalty: Design, implement (Installation/upgrade), and maintenance.
Demonstrate deep functional understanding of OBIEE and Siebel Marketing Segmentation.
Methodology: Oracle AIM or equivalent (nice to have)
Strong oral and written communications skills are required in order to be able to manage meetings at different level of contacts (Board members, IT staff and end users) and to produce project documentations.
Understanding of the requirements for support and development of IS project and capability to work in a team environment.
Self-motivated, with strong Customer orientation able to plan work effort, manage priorities and customer expectation.
Willing to travel in Germany and Europe
The candidates must be fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
