The role:
You will have overall responsibility for the continued development and promotion of technology standards and processes, to ensure that architectures meet business objectives and are fit for purpose.
Specifically you will be responsible for the following projects:
- Manage General Life Insurance Domain Architecture delivery
- High level solution design for the advice platform
- Solution architecture for upcoming Tibco projects
- Assist in developing the digital strategy for the business
Required Skills Experience:
- Proven experience and good understanding of business processes and capabilities within the wealth management domain
- General Insurance domain experience (as a Solution Architect)
- Demonstrable Leadership capability / qualities
- High-level stakeholder management abilities, especially with business side management
- Proven track record of consistent delivery of real architectures, with strong knowledge and applied experience of architecture principles, techniques and modelling practices
- Strength in team work, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Experience reviewing solutions architecture and ensuring accurate delivery.
- Application / Integration Architecture experience
- Executive stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills
- High Level documentation skills
