Sr. Solution Sales Manager - Videoconferencing and Telepresence
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Huawei Enterprise Business is a new business group in Huawei Technology providing Cloud based ICT convergence solutions to enterprise market. Based in Boston,MA, the candidate will work in Huawei Enterprise Business (USA) Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) Technical Solution Sales (TSS) Dept being responsible for
- Searching, developing and closing business opportunities for VC and TP product and solutions;
- Building and driving over all sales strategy, as well as finishing the sale target in the assigned region market.
Successful candidates are looking for a managerial career progression and have demonstrated ability in people management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops sales strategy and business plans to achieve sales goals for Huawei VC and TP product and related solutions.
- Communicates with target customer to understand their current network environment, technical requirements and deployment plans. Builds and maintains relationships with technical decision makers and influencers.
- Delivers technical and sales oriented presentations to customer’s technical staffs and senior management, introducing product and solutions.
- Works with the customer to determine the appropriate solution based on deep understanding of customer’s business and technical requirement;
- Works with Sales Account Managers to create and implement customer and business development plans, conduct product market analysis, generate strategy and pricing.
- Works internally Sales, Product Marketing and Technical Services Dept towards developing competitive solutions and satisfying customer requirements.
- Builds, manages and supports channel partners to expand sales.
- Promotes Huawei enterprise unified communications solutions and brand which may include participating in industry shows, workshops, forums, exhibitions, and seminars in an active role as presenter or keynote speaker.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Certifications/Licensures:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field is a must.
Preferred: Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field is preferred.
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum:
At least 5-8 years related experience in technical marketing, product management, technical account management, business development or technical sales.
Skills (Technical or General):
Preferred: UC, enterprise mobility knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of leading VC and TP product is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication and consultative skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, promote company's product, build and maintain relationships with technical staff of customers.
- Strong industry background with proven success in selling VC and TP solution.
- Self-driven, target oriented and passionate.
