The Senior Solutions Analyst is a key contributor to the Employer Integrated Solutions (EIS) team in our mission to deliver world class implementation services. The Senior Solutions Analyst will document customer requirements for new EIS implementation projects, as well as value-add projects for existing employer franchise customers. Post-agreement with customer, the Sr. Solutions Analyst may hand off projects to an EIS Engagement Manager or may lead customer-specific EIS implementation projects, acting as the functional expert and representing customer business needs to internal staff to ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities include: Building a deep and thorough understanding of the EIS, including levels of solutions available and associated components, such as Culture of Health Assessments, Health Champions Program, Environmental Change and Policy Initiative options, Marketing/Communications, Participation and Engagement, Energy for Performance (EFP), Portal, risk assessment, and Digital Health Coaching, Live Health Coaching (includes telephonic and face-to-face), Incentives and Rewards, Biometrics, Data Integration reporting, Ad-hoc "customizations" available at each solution level. Supporting specific EIS implementations and value-add projects as appropriate, including: Discovery and documentation of detailed customer-specific requirements prior to and during project execution. Collaborating cross-functionally with all resources necessary to estimate and document work effort associated with executing projects to meet customer requirements. Supporting sales and account management teams in translating requirements and work effort estimates into contract amendments and work orders as appropriate. Ensuring knowledge transfer between customer-facing teams and implementation teams responsible for delivery of finalized requirements. Designing, building, maintaining and rolling out tools and processes to enable efficient and effective EIS implementations, including: Standardized templates for all documentation (e.g., implementation plan, project plan, Customer Configuration Form (CCF)), Customer facing materials (e.g., sales deck slides, sample implementation and project plans), Documented workflows and processes to enable repeatable, scalable, world-class implementations. Work Order review and approval process, Capacity management and planning, Cross-departmental handoffs and transitions, Component-specific workflows, Benchmarks and metrics. Develop/implement measures of success for EIS implementation projects (e.g., customer satisfaction, profitability models), Develop methods for forecasting/allocating resources, and Maintain departmental dashboards and reports.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum five years experience managing customer relationships or Business to Business engagements with emphasis on IT or Software as a Service solutions (SaaS) is required. Customer focus, customer facing and relationship building skills are required. Business Analysis and reporting expertise is required. Business Planning and management skills are required. Strong organizational skills are required. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure and meet established project deadlines are required. Being a champion of change is required. Motivated to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast paced organization is required. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required. Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry familiarity and experience is preferred. Expertise in Project Management processes is preferred. Experience working within a matrixed environment is preferred. Team building, influencing and/or cross-functional team management experience is preferred.
