We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to become an integral part of our Digital consulting team.

This role requires both broad and deep technical knowledge and the ability to architect and support the full SDLC through SharePoint-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with customers and lead project teams; be the go-to person when it comes to all things SharePoint
· Facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives and support all pre-sale activities
· Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning the full project lifecycle
· Implement architecture by building components and custom designs; prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system
· Prepare client to use solutions by developing and conducting training programs
· Integrate SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks; answer questions; resolve concerns and issues
· Actively participate in business development by identifying opportunities, generating proposals, and supporting other sales efforts
· Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements
· Enhance overall team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answer technical and procedural questions for less-experienced team members; teach improved processes and mentor team members
Qualifications we’re looking for:
· At least 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in solutions architecture
· Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
· Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building a must
· Experience leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions with senior-level executives and excellent written and oral communication skills
· Professional experience with n-tier application architectures and strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the detailed and conceptual levels
· Experience with designing and implementing SharePoint server topographies
· Experience with mutli-tenant and cloud based solutions
· Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft and other back office technologies
· Experience with systems optimization
· Knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Integration
