Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Sourcing Analyst is a pivotal role for the Sourcing Process team, providing leadership and support for Global Sourcing processes and initiatives. The candidate will also provide detailed analytical support for making fact-based decisions and recommendations for the group to support AERO-wide procurement efforts. The Sourcing Analyst will have strong sourcing and/or planning background with experience coupled with broad ISC knowledge that can be leveraged to support and lead projects. Enables Process Team to mature Global Sourcing MOS by: - Provide critical business analytics for Global Sourcing initiatives. - Develop/Deploy standard work, training materials, and Aero policies / procedures where applicable. - Design and deploy procurement processes and tools in support of analytics. - Complete root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions as required. - Responsible for analyzing, understanding, and managing critical process information. - Lead/Support the Global Sourcing STRAP and AOP processes. - Lead/Support the Global Sourcing MOR process. - Support the SCOE as required. - Create and manage implementation of strategic projects including project plans, overall tracking capability, reporting of progress within team and up through leadership. - Lead and / or participate in cross functional project teams. - Support HOS initiatives. Basic Qualifications: - Must be US Citizen due to ITAR/Export requirements - Bachelor's Degree - 3+ years closely related experience in supply chain, business leadership, program management, SIOP or similar area within a manufacturing environment Additional Qualifications: - MBA preferred - Six Sigma Green Belt certification is strongly desired - Ability to lead and influence others, either as a direct manager or indirectly - Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds - Strong analytical skills including advanced experience with standard MS Office suite - Proficient in SAP and Business Objects - Very strong written and oral communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects at once - Strong listening, questioning, problem-solving and assessment skills As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Honeywell is committed to a diverse workforce.
