Senior Sous – £35k – 1* Michelin
This award winning restaurant with 1 michelin star and 5AA Rosettes is looking for a very strong senior chef de partie to assist in the running of the very successful kitchen alongside the current head chef.
The restaurant is closely connected to a well known Michelin starred restaurant which is one of the best in London. You will be cooking modern European/French cuisine to the highest of standards alongside chefs with excellent skills and expertise. The executive chef is one of the best known in the world and holds 3 Michelin stars in his native France.
As senior sous chef I would expect you to have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position and you must be working in a restaurant with at least 3AA Rosettes. You should be experienced in cooking classic and modern French cooking and have an excellent base knowledge. I would expect you to have a good knowledge of current legislation such as HACCP and COSHH.

The salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000pa
