Senior Sous Chef

A very exciting new role has become available for a Senior Sous to join the opening team of a brand new restaurant to open on the London scene in May.

Part of a small fine dining group already the key staff are in place and have outstanding Michelin experience between them, having worked in some of the country's best restaurants. They are now looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to work with the Executive Chef in overseeing the restaurant when he's not there.

The restaurant itself will serve Modern British / French cuisine up to 120 covers and will have a small brigade of 7 chefs with at least 4 on any service. Whilst the food will be relatively simple it will be technically very strong and the ingredients will be of the highest quality.

Ideally you will have worked in a Michelin star environment and will be loyal, hard working, passionate and a real team player that can work with his team to get the best out of them.
