Senior Staff Accountant Job in Roseville 55113, Minnesota US
A’viands, a progressive Minnesota-based food and services management company, is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to support our Accounting team at our Home Office location in Roseville.
Responsibilities for this position include:
· Participate in monthly financial closings
· Assist in preparing monthly reporting package
· Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and PL
· Assist in AP/invoicing and collections process
· Assist in completion of daily cash reporting and deposits
· Preparation of journal entries
· Analysis of monthly accruals
· Maintain and update the fixed asset system
· Assist Controller in budget and audit processes
· Other special Accounting projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
· 2-4 years experience in all phases of Accounting and operations financial analysis
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

· Operate computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials
