Position Summary:

Are you looking for a meaningful career, in which you can apply your knowledge in a consulting role?

As a Senior Staff Implementation Consultant in our Performance business unit, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the manufacturing industry to help them determine their business needs, along with assisting companies in defining, designing, developing and implementing business and technology solutions that provides critical value to their organization.

Assist on analysis (cycle time/takt time studies, inventory analysis, functional area process mapping, quality, maintenance etc), plus implementation and change management skills, including kaizen and DMAIC skills to drive identified operational improvements to clients' financial statements. Statistical capabilities and strong analytics in addition to the ability to facilitate and lead groups of client personnel are key.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in: Supply Chain Management, Operations or Engineering (or similar).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing environment, including Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
- Strong aptitude to perform process analysis and implement solutions.
- Capability to configure system enhancements, reports, and queries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 80% - 100%.
