Senior Statutory Reporting Manager - Fixed Term Contract 12 months
A key member of the Controller Finance team for Europe you will support the EMEA Controller to ensure that local statutory filings are completed to filing dates for legacy entitites and manage the relationship of the location statutory audit firms in Europe.
Duties will include:
- To plan , coordinate with local finance teams of the preparations, audits and filings of the EMEA statutory financial statements to ensure compliance with local legeal and tax filings deadlines
- Provide guidance to local accounting teams on complex US GAAP accounting transactions to assess local GAAP accountingLiaise and manage the relationship with local statutory audit firms
- Coordinate with internal legal and tax departments on the legal entity requirements for statutory filings
This role will suit a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with strong technical knowledge, ideally gained in a TOP 10 firm. SAP knowledge would be an advantage
