Job Description
This role will support the executive management team to define and assess strategic growth initiatives through the provision of, competitor analysis, assessment of potential mergers and acquisitions, scenario modelling and financial business case development including presenting to and managing relationships with potential external co/investors. Reporting directly to the Managing Director this position will play a key role in evaluating and quantifying investment opportunities and in producing high quality board-level reports. The reach of the company is worldwide so the scope of this position crosses International boundaries.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant or posses an MBA. You will be experienced working up to senior management level and be commercially minded and highly analytical. You will have experience within the corporate finance area, spanning mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling and investment appraisal.
