Strategic Planning Analyst - senior

Reports to:       VP of Finance / Strategic Planning

OBJECTIVE (DESCRIPTION)

Strategic Planning Analyst is reporting to VP (Finance/Strategic Planning), will be

responsible for organizing and analyzing data, conducting researches, preparing reports, maintaining and developing 3y business model, pricing analysis, as well as providing recommendation for business to support it in achievement of company financial and non financial targets and further growth. He/She will closely cooperate with internal teams as well as external consultant bodies. He/she will support the business on different projects and provide timely support to various projects and tasks in market analysis, strategic planning and business development activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

-     Conduct studies, prepares reports and advises on feasibility, cost effectiveness and regulatory conformance of long- and short-range strategic plans

-     Discuss overall intent of programs or projects and links them to strategy

-     Organizes and analyzes data from various data sources, using statistical methods to ensure validity of results

-     Evaluates information to determine feasibility of proposals or to identify factors requiring amendment

-     Conducts field investigation or another appropriate research to gather required information, prepares reports, and comments/advises on feasibility of plan/proposals/projects to achieve the organization’s growth and profitability objectives

-     Maintains and develops 3y business model and ensure its regular update and further enhancements as well as consistency with reported actuals; including coordination of work of external consultants or internal teams

-     Is closely involved with pricing analysis and regular revision/optimisation of current structure

-     Provides timely support to assigned projects as well as comprehensive responses to requests from the senior management and board

EXPERIENCE

Need-to-have areas

-     Master degree in Economics/ Finance/ Statistics

-     2-7 years experience in consulting firm, investment banking firm or highly demanding industry

-     Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

-     Strong Microsoft Excel skills

-     Detail orientated

-     Business awareness

-     Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)

-     Ability to work cross-functionally, superior interpersonal skills
