Senior Strategy Manager recruitment

They have a track record of success in developing executive careers and as a result of new initiatives, this is a rare opportunity for a strategy consultant to join the group.
This team is a key strategic enablement function for the division at a time of the development and implementation of a major strategic change agenda as a key member of this team you will occupy a high visibility role and assist in the finalisation of the strategic roadmap and engage with key senior stakeholders to ensure support and collaboration at all levels. In addition you will drive the exectuion of the strategy by delivering project stream outcomes
This role will challenge both your intellectual and analytical skills as well as engage your leadersip and stakeholder engagement abilities to ensure this large multi phase programme is kept on track.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have strategy consulting experience gained either in an in house role in a large financial services firm or from a professional services consulting environment such as a top tier firm or big 4. In addition you possess the ability to work in a fluid environment and demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills and have strong numerical aptitude and project management skills with the ability to communicate complex issues succinctly.
You will possess excellent academics, analytical skills, commercial judgment and the ability listen, communicate and influence outcomes. Academic transcripts may be required as part of the screening process.
