This long established building structures practice has earned a first class reputation for quality and value. The appointment prepares the way for succession providing well defined future prospects. The firm has a focus on London projects, with a weighting on the upper end of the private residential market. They also have considerable expertise in sustainable, low energy building designs. You should be a technically grounded building structures engineer, and ideally be chartered. Furthermore you will need an appreciation of commercial issues and have good client facing skills. This is a successful small business employing half a dozen staff. Their busy workload means you will in turn be involved in client consultation, scheme design, production and delivery.
