Senior Supply Chain Analyst

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, this role will interface with all levels of the organization working across the matrix on highly visible projects. The individual in this role will impact overall profitability through the development of new business processes, which will serve to improve and optimize ACCO Brand Corporation's business strategy, customer service levels, sales, inventory and capital investment. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will assess the company's operations including inbound and outbound transportation, distribution operations, replenishment and overall supply chain integration with vendors and customers, as well as execute on sales and margin analysis, sourcing strategic total lowest cost analysis, and pricing analysis. The successful candidate will have the ability to work cross functionally with the following organizations: Purchasing, Sourcing, Marketing, Product Design and IT.

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform fact-based, data driven analysis, and modeling on significant amounts of data across all supply chain and customer service functions for purposes of turning it into actionable information.
- Develop strategic and tactical cross-functional performance metrics using multiple ERP systems such as Oracle, Movex, Impcon, Baan, Manugistics and OTM.
- Assist in process and technology development of new/existing distribution facilities including warehouse layout, material handling specifications, and system specifications.
- Implement quality and productivity improvement programs throughout the supply chain.
- Analyze inbound and outbound transportation expense to evaluate static and dynamic routing opportunities.
Position Qualifications:
- BA or BS in business, industrial engineering, operations management, statistics, supply chain/logistics, engineering, or information technology.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving in several of the following disciplines: data analysis, modeling, statistical research, forecasting, data mining, database analysis, or strategic planning.
- Demonstrated experience leading and driving projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
- Strong relational database skills (Access, SQL Server or other).
- Knowledge of Supply Chain operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CPIM preferred
