Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Analyst to join a growing team within one of the City`s leading Investment/ Asset Managers. With a strong track record in 2nd and 3rd line support, the Senior Support Analyst will be both technical and customer facing.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Support Analyst are based across; group server platforms, general infrastructure and desktop support. Individual tasks will involve around;
Service availability
Active Directory management
ID and Authentication management systems and tools
Maintaining the server infrastructure
System Documentation
Business Requirements

Key skills for the Senior Support Analyst to include;
Windows Server Platforms - Active Directory Microsoft Exchange
Hardware - server clusters, blade clusters, SAN
Networking - DNS
Mobile Messaging - Blackberry Enterprise Manager
