Senior Support Analyst (Application Service Delivery) recruitment

The Senior Support Analyst is responsible for, providing on-site applications support to users within different business units including Markets, PS, and CRC Operations. The candidate will be responsible for day to day operations related with batch completion of critical Data warehouse and other critical applications in the bank. The candidate will also responsible for analyzing the performance and service delivery of critical applications and look for ways to enhance the business applications.
