Senior System Architect
We are currently searching for an experienced System Power Architect for a world class team. As a member of the System Performance Architecture Team you will be responsible for generating the highest level of software architecture for power thermal management covering both software hardware aspects to support mobile product developments.
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with product marketing cross-functional teams to define performance, power thermal requirements guide the development of advanced low power technology to deliver long battery life solution for mobile products
- Conduct System power analysis control architecture analysis of mobile SOC
- Promote performance, power thermal development (both HW SW) from design to implementation with a goal to improve the robustness of system controls
- Create recommendations on system power architecture in relation to hardware software structures
- Drive the HW/SW low power roadmaps strategies for mobile products
Qualifications:
- 10+ years direct experience with a proven track record within mobile phone industry with an MSEE/MSCE/MSCS Degree
- Insight on novel low power thermal technique development trend
- Experienced in power distribution units, power management, power thermal modeling analysis for mobile devices
- Strong background in SW HW system architectures with design experience at the SOC/chipset level is a plus
- Excellent programming skills in C C++ with experiences in embedded systems design development desired
- Experience in task priority management across various engineering functions cross-functional teams
- Familiarity experience with Linux /or Android operating systems
- Computer architecture domain general knowledge background in digital IC design
