SENIOR SYSTEM CONTROL OFFICER – DATA CENTRE & TELECOM OPERATIONS recruitment
The bank is now looking for a Senior Systems Control Officer to join their data centre and operations team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility is to monitor exceptions and perform recovery for our supported services, and proactively look for quality improvement opportunity and implementation. Specific job duties include, but not limited to:
• monitor / operate Bank’s services spanning different operating platforms
• perform service recovery to minimise service outages
• prepare / implement changes and review / execute procedures
• acquire first line support knowledge and skills through training and assume the role in medium to long term
Requirements:
• working experience in IT Operations or IT Development
• good knowledge in Computer Operation and Network operation
• good thinker in contributing sensible suggestions
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• strong analytical skills and ability to deliver good results under pressure
• willingness to work on shifts including Sundays and public holidays
• 7 x 24 Shift duty is required
