Senior Systems Analyst
Role Purpose: Coordinates the integration of Experian products into client operations. Designs Functional Specifications and works directly with internal product development and technical personnel to ensure customized product meets client needs. Advises clients in requirement definition, creation, design, specification, testing and implementation of Experian products and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Has an in-depth understanding of software solutions and experience working with issue tracking tools (E.g. HP Quality Center, ClearQuest) and MS Office Suite of products
- Actively participates in functional enhancement design workshops to provide support and oversight of changes
- Clearly documents business requirements and produces detailed design specifications documents related to system enhancements
- Works directly with Technical Design Lead / Developers to support translation of business requirements / understanding of defect fixes into technical design specification
- Liaises directly with client on functional questions or support issues related to the project and helps provide detailed analysis and issue resolution based upon pre-defined SLAs
- Assists Quality Assurance/Control Team with analysis and retesting of support issues through SIT, UAT, and warranty phases as applicableSome travel may be required (up to 25%), based on client and project needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experienceStrong working knowledge of computing platforms
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science concepts and terminology
- Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills
