Senior Systems Business Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Produce clear documentation and communication of project analysis and system design with the business and IT
- Co-ordinate testing and working through issues with users and IT
- Provide guidance and support for systems developers
- Ensure adherence to the bank's method and standards and applying them to all deliverables
- Control and resolve issues, risks, assumptions and timelines
- Ensure that all technical Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) configuration development work is carried out to the required standards
- Provide advice and guidance on system design choices to the project manager
Skills and Experience
Required Work Experience
- Experience of working as a project Business Analyst in a medium to large organisation
- Experience of working within a HFM development, configuration or administrator role
- Proven experience in analysis, problem solving documentation and working to tight deadlines whilst achieving good quality outputs
- High level of proficency with HFM development and configuration (version 11 onwards prefered)
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analysis skills
- Proven understanding the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation
- Written skills - ability to write project plans and other documents in a clear and compelling manner
- Proficient in business and system analysis
Educational Requirements
- Degree educated within a numerate/ IT related field (ideally)
- ACA or other accounting qualification desirable
- Some formal business analysis qualification desirable
Please note that in depth experience of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) configuration is essential. If you do not meet this requirement, you are not suitable for the role.
