PURPOSE
Responsible for the Electronic Content Management (ECM) solutions in the RBC Dexia organization (both Bank and Trust side).
In charge of the delivery / tier 3 support of the ECM solutions covering all the document lifecycle : capture / dematerialization (FAX, Scan,…), indexing, distribution (Workflows), rendering, arhiving and security management
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Management
- In charge of most of the tasks related to ECM activities with Documentum (from work effort estimation to delivery / transition / support).
- Coordination with the data center representatives to ensure the application is functioning properly.
- Ensure developments on the EMC Documentum platform

- Always suggests best solutions / implementation choices to meet business expectations.
- Challenges the counterpart when required.

- Key person to refer to for all the Electronic Content Management matters
- Assistance to business for process modeling (for workflows…)
- Communicates with relevant parties (Internal / External clients and Data Center Operators).
