Safety-Kleen is seeking a Senior Field Recruiter/Talent Consultant in Plano, Texas. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition you will work within a small team that will be responsible for ensuring all Sales external and internal recruitment continues to deliver against corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Staffing the business with quality hires, understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring manager to fully understand the staffing strategy for the business.
- Creatively source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (direct sourcing, Internet, employee referrals, community involvement, job fairs, etc.), understand diversity goals and provide candidate slates in support of these goals and act as a subject matter expert for areas of staffing responsibility.
- Evaluate, interview, assess and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review. You will also provide regular progress updates to hiring manager throughout the process, drive recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and solicit feedback on candidates and refine recruiting strategy, as needed.
- Build and manage a competitive intelligence database for senior level Sales prospects. This would include qualifying and extracting information from multiple data sources (corporate/in house databases, web research, events, technical communities, professional associations, etc) to provide crisp prospect target lists for focused recruitment. You would also work with industry, candidate and company databases.
- Important to be extremely web-savvy with significant web research techniques including the use of Boolean operators, modifiers, and field search commands.
- Responsible for producing new search methodologies and tools, analyzing their value to recruiting efforts, and making recommendations as to whether or not Staffing would benefit from investing in them for the future.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting knowledge that includes experience with an applicant tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and other recruitment techniques.
- Agency and corporate recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing and recruiting for 60+ requisitions.
- Ability to support all US time zones, as needed.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws.
- Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.
- Knowledgeable about the latest developments in the Internet space. Conducts productive information searches using the Internet.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.
- In depth understanding of anti-discrimination laws.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
- Exceptional work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.
- Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
