SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT – $91,000 – $76,000 – Leadership role in 12
This role would suit a career focused individual with a view to taking a leading role in the training and management of assistants and new intermediates. Your previous experience at a national accounting practise should reflect a flair for leadership.
At a firm experiencing positive growth and expecting a need for 2 new management roles within the next 12-18 months, their preference for internal promotion is important to note.
Directors and other senior accountants function to provide you with support and assistance whenever necessary. You have responsibility for 5 intermediate accountants, monitor and review their work as they assist you in servicing your diverse client portfolio. Your clients include publically listed organisations, medium to large enterprises, trusts and individuals from the wine, construction and primary production industries.
This national firm, located in the heart of the city, offers opportunities to work at their interstate and international offices. As the culture of this firm is young and outgoing, the Directors recognise the importance of finishing work at 5pm everyday to maximise participation in office social events and sporting activities.
