Our client is an ASX listed organisation within the resources industry. The company has a strong foundation and executive team who are committed to driving an exciting strategy and delivering excellent results. They have recently appointed a new CFO who is committed to adding additional depth to the finance leadership team.
This role will be the taxation expert within the finance team. You will be responsible for providing advice on acquisitions, transactions and other matters. You will also enjoy the opportunity to broaden your skills under the mentorship of the CFO and manage the corporate reporting function. This role will be an integral member of the finance leadership team and as a result will be involved in a variety of projects and initiatives.
We are seeking an executive with excellent corporate and international tax experience. You will offer experience gained within a chartered environment ideally combined with experience in an ASX listed organisation. You will also be CA qualified.
In addition, you will offer excellent leadership skills coupled with energy, drive and ambition. You will also offer a credible style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to build effective working relationships.
