Senior Tax Content Developer recruitment
A leading global provider of critical information to decision makers in the financial, legal, tax and accounting, scientific, healthcare, and media markets, powered by the world's most trusted news organisation is seeking a Senior Tax Content Developer.
This position involves encoding tax legislation in software and managing other people working in the same area.
Key Accountabilities:
*Maintenance and development of tax content for particular tax regimes
*Alignment of scope and timelines within broader operational aims
*Setting scope and timelines for releases
*Monitoring tax legislation for changes which should be encoded
*Reviewing client support records for changes which should be encoded
*Designing and implementing the effect of new legislation
*Designing and implementing the correction of existing implementation
*Testing functionality as required
*Handling user issues escalated from support team
Support for sales and implementation team as required
*Other duties/projects as required based on situational requirements and needs of the business
Qualifications
*Degree;
*Accounting, tax, or similar professional qualification;
*Relevant experience of tax compliance and/or tax software development ;
*Deep understanding of spreadsheet design;
*Ability to interact effectively with team;
*Knowledge of software and services business for tax professionals;
