Within our Belgian Tax department, which is one of the largest in Europe, approximately 380 tax specialists are employed in different service lines: Corporate International Tax, Indirect Taxes (VAT and Customs) and Global Employer Services. The Global Employer Services department (GES) provides companies with support and advice, on a worldwide basis, in respect of any individual tax and international mobility problem.Within the Client Service team (CST) of the GES practice we are looking for a (SENIOR) TAX MANAGER - GLOBAL EMPLOYER SOLUTIONS Your job
- You are responsible for the day to day management of your client portfolio.
- You are the first contact person regarding all aspects related to personnel income tax.
- You work closely and build excellent relationships with your clients.
- You contribute to the growth of the practice by targeting and developing new clients.
- You assure client service delivery according to the Deloitte quality standards.
- You are involved in actively training, mentoring and counseling the tax professionals.
Your profile
- You have a Master or Bachelor degree law, economics or accounting. Having a post-graduate tax degree is an asset.
- You have 6-10 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
- You are a team leader with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have excellent planning and project management skills
- You have excellent commercial and networking skills
- You have a good working knowledge of Dutch, French and English
