Senior Tax Manager- US Co Transfer pricing Tax Vat recruitment
US Multinational Company based in Dublin is searching for Senior Tax Manager.
Reporting to Head of Tax you will be responsible for:
bull; Transfer Pricing ndash; US and Ireland
bull; Group Tax Accounting
bull; Tax Compliance
bull; Support and manage international tax projects including mergers, acquisitions, disposals
bull; Management of Tax audits
bull; Responsible for global tax reporting in line with IFRS and US GAAP
bull; Responsibility for maintenance of SOX compliance

Requirements:
bull; Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA that holds Tax Qualification as well IATI
bull; Trained in Big 4 Accountant /Tax firm within corporate taxation area
bull; Minimum of 1-4 years experience at Tax manager level (Big 4 or Industry Multinational Co)
bull; Excellent knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Sox
bull; Degree of flexibility with regards to travel ndash; US and Europe
