The Sales Analytics and CRM team at this top tier investment bank for a Senior Team Lead role. The Senior Team Lead is going to be a hands-on development lead that is going to manage a local team of developers and co-ordinate with a global development team. The Senior Team Lead will be directly responsible for developing and supporting web applications in Java/Flex and .NET/Silverlight.
The Senior Team Lead will be managing a local team of developers and working closely with projects managers, business analysts and also be part of hands on development on both Java and .NET technology.
Senior Team Lead will have to have the following essential skills:
- Hands on experience using Java/.NE
- Experience in a multiple range of technologies including SQL Server, Javascript, Flex and Silverlight
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of project management tools
