Senior Team Manager (Head of Corporates) – Based in Jersey, Channel Islands recruitment

The core function of this role will be to proactively manage, motivate and drive a current team of  Relationship Managers who look after a portfolio of key local corporate and international trading clients, ensuring exceptional sales performance by delivering and exceeded targets and offering a first class client service. Sales management is key, delivering sales plans for sustained growth whilst adhering to compliance and risk policies, mentoring, coaching and developing the team to maintain high performance. You will also be responsible for overseeing operational and credit risk, adhering to all standards set. 

In terms of experience, you will have significant experience within corporate banking and in leading and driving a high performing sales and relationship management team. In addition, you will have a strong understanding of global economic climates, strong credit and risk skills and able to deliver results.
