Senior Tech. Enabled Instructional Designer
Munich Re America and its property and casualty insurance subsidiary, American Modern Insurance Group, provide specialty insurance products and services. We are currently seeking a Senior Tech. Enabled Instructional Designer.

Key job responsibilities include identifying performance, skill, and knowledge needs and developing appropriate support and learning interventions, delivering eLearning programs and job aids- both electronically and in paper formats. Writing scripts, recording and editing o audio and video productions. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Learning Management System.
EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED- 2-5 years experience in the development and delivery of electronic training and performance support interventions.
PREFERRED- Audio-video recording and editing
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
REQUIRED- Technical Writing, Photoshop, MS Word, PPT, Excel, Javascript, Script writing, Adobe Captivate, Articulate
PREFERRED- SCORM, RoboHelp, Edius, Sony Sound Forge, MS Visio 2007
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED- Bachelors Degree
PREFERRED- Masters Degree
