Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years experience
- Experience with documentation of SIGINT user documentation
- Experience with collection of requirements from users/stakeholders
- Ability to work closely with technical staff
- Ability to handle multiple documentation assignments at the same time
- Active TS/SCI with FS poly
