My client is a Major Financial institution located in the Melbourne CBD. They are a national provider of a number of insurance solutions and services to retail and commercial clients.

You will have 5+ years experience around core infrastructure with detailed design and development processes. Leadership skills as you will be a senior member of the team and be a point of escalation of problems in designs in production. Ensure end solutions are effective and successful, through your advanced knowledge of distributed IT platform architecture

Key attributes;

·     Knowledge around financial services industry

·     Must be able to think outside the box and retain ownership of issues

·     Strong Time Management, problem solving and Analysis skills

·     Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

·     Technical knowledge/Business process and redesign

·     Attention to detail

·     Ability to meet deadlines

·     Exceptional experience with Design deliverables

·     Strong negotiation and influencing skills
