Senior Technical Project Manager/System Analyst (Senior VP) – Top-tier Financial Institution recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the in-depth analysis of the current situations, business and technical requirements, business case and project planning which eventually leads to the development of the strategic roadmap of the new order management solution
• Take the ownership of all business/system analysis , and requirement gathering for all order management systems. Identify proper ownership of each functions and plan for the migration steps
• Manage and develop relationship with regional stakeholders including location IT, infrastructure, production support team etc.
• Provide mentoring to junior staff and drive best practices and process improvement for better efficiency and productivity
• Continually improve knowledge of development processes and application within teams. Drive on development process improvement and working model streamlining
• Work closely with other function heads and IT teams to ensure deliverables are in compliance with bank standards and architectural models
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• Solid experience in front office technology in a regional environment, in particular, order management system, either sell side or buy side
• Min.5 years of experience in leading technical teams
• 10+ years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of large complex front office systems
• Knowledge on equities, derivatives, treasury products etc
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Strong technical skills in Core Java, J2EE, Database Web Applications, Multithreading, and Middleware technology like Enterprise Service Bus, Complex Event Processing Engine
• Good knowledge of design/modeling standards (UML, design patterns etc.), database design, and agile development technique and processes
