Senior Technology Recruiter / Team Manager Job in Toronto, Ontario Canada
We are looking for a Senior 360 Desk Recruiter (Account Manager / Recruiter) to help us headhunt / recruit top notch IT candidates for our clients' companies across Canada (mainly Montreal Toronto surrounding areas) as well as New York City / San Francisco. You will be assisting us with the development of new business, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, preparing profiles, doing reference checks, searching resumes and helping to close offers. As a team lead manager, you will be also reponsible for mentoring / guiding / setting goals with less experienced recruiters.

Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years with technology recruitment (preferrably from a larger company environment managing 5-10 recruiters).
- Proven record with sales;
- Strong communication / written skills in English
- University or College degree
- Outgoing personality
- Motivated by compensation based on performance
- The ability to multitask and perform in a fast paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office products
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow your own clients using your IT recruitment experience;
- Develop new business via telephone as well as maintain relationship with new / existing clients;
- Qualify, interview and make placements with quality IT professionals.
- Make sure that both clients and candidates are happy with services;
- Mentor / guide / lead / oversee recruitment rookies;
