Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated experienced Senior Telemarketer to join our team of high-paced specialists in this hybrid role of inbound and outbound opportunity development. Reporting to the Team Leader, Demand Generation and residing in our Marketing department, you will working closely with our regional sales and online services group and be the first point of contact with Western Union Business Solutions prospects and nurture leads from initial contact through to appointment
Other responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the coaching and mentoring of 4 -5 junior graduate team members through the full outbound sales cycle, providing clear direction and an environment that motivates and supports high team performance.
- Assisting the Senior Manager, Demand Generation in providing the team with ongoing coaching and development to maximise performance
- Assist the Senior Manager, Demand Generation in identifying and managing key contact centre and operational metrics to ensure team efficiency is maximized.
Qualifications, Skills Experience
The ideal candidate wiill have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B appointment setting / telesales /telemarketing experience or a similar role, as well as Assistant Team Leader or Team Leader experience in an outbound contact centre. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as is an interest in financial services or foreign exchange.
