Experis/Manpower is searching for an ETL Tester or Developer that fits the description below.
- This opportunity is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extensions.
- Candidates must be open to 1 of 3 locations: Pontiac, MI; El Paso, TX; or Herndon, VA
DESCRIPTION
- Tester is responsible for participating in all phases of the software testing process from requirements analysis through project implementation.
- The tester will create, review and execute test cases that ensure the software program performs according to business requirements and technical specifications.
- Designs, writes and implements testing cases and SQL queries
- Creates, reviews, validates and maintains a comprehensive regression test suite
- Executes testing suite, reporting results and issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Reports and tracks problems by providing reproducible test cases and working with other product team members to close problem reports
- Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects, providing development/business partners with sufficient detail to understand, replicate and resolve
- Be able to track and document project progress on milestones and deliverables
REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong testing background with a strong understanding of the SDLC
