Senior Test Engineer-Belgium Job in Herndon 20170, Virginia US
THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN CASTEAU, BELGIUM (SHAPE).
Active US SECRET Clearance is required.
This senior test engineer will be supporting our customer in Belgium conducting interoperability assurance and validation for their systems. This position will also assist in the test of all new releases prior to field deployment against the fielded baseline.
Interoperability Assurance and Validation
- Execute testing activities assigned by customer.
- Assist in production of test plans, scenarios and cases.
- Participate in working group meetings up to 4x per year.
- Provide required input related to system architecture, information management and test strategies.
- Produce test reports
- Assist the systems administrators with test event configurations and facilities setup.

The following are the requirements for this position:
- Active US Secret (or Active NATO Secret)
- 2+ years of testing experience of the enterprise-level systems and services.
- 2+ years of NATO FAS experience such as Common Operating Picture, Intel, Geospatial, Operations and Logistics.
- Experience writing test related documents.
- 1 year of systems administration in Microsoft or Unix environments.
- Experience in a military IT environment.
- Experience with military command and control systems.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
- Experience with HP Quality Center testing tool.
- Experiences with ITIL Service Management
