Senior Test Manager (Risk Technology) recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial institution. The role will suit experienced individuals who have strong risk and people management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, planning and directing the activities of test analysts and maximizing their effectiveness
- Responsible for analyzing, generating, estimating and delivering use cases and test plans within the constraints of time, cost and quality acting as the responsible point of contact for the team
- Managing and measuring performance and delivery against work plans, and taking corrective action where necessary
- Actively involved in improving the testing methodology and building on automation and scripting
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Undertake such other work as is necessary to achieve the overall objectives of the project and BAU releases
Requirements of the role:
- 8+ years test management experience with process and analysis
- Proven small to medium size team management experience
- Good understanding of credit risk methodology preferred
- Have worked with test automation solutions
- Knowledge of financial markets and treasury related technologies
