Senior Test Programme Manager – Enterprise Scale, Cross-Asset Programme – £100-£120k Base recruitment
There is a new role with an Investment Bank in London - City, looking for a highly experienced and very senior Test Programme Manager to join an Enterprise-Scale, Multiple Work-Stream Programme.
The programme is currently slipping behind test milestones, and a Senior TPM is required to support successful delivery of this £45m, Enterprise Scale Programme.
Responsibilities include design and roll-out of a new Test Fraemwork including MI, templates, Processes and Checkpoints, as well as defining the Test Managment role and hiring responsibility. Reporting to overall Programme Manager, there will be extensive interaction with the Business Stakeholders aswell as hands on participation as a UAT Test Manager.
You must have an extensive and successful background in Test Programme with the gravitas and experience to initiate and push through change at the highest level. Previous experience turning around failing testing programmes is ideal, but any Senior TPM experience on Enterprise-Scale, Multi-Stream Programmes will be considered.
Salary is negotiable up to £120k, plus excellent bonus and benefits package. There is also a significant pipeline of work to follow this programme, which is expected to last 12-18 months.
